REMEMBER: No matter how expensive your aircondition unit is, or how well it has been sized to suit the room, it will not operate efficiently if it is not properly installed. Poor installation results in refrigerant leakage which is damaging to the environment. It not only increases your electricity bill, but it also shortens the life of your unit.

Maintenance

All installations, services and repairs must be carried out by Licensed technicians. We hold a full refrigeration and air conditioning qualification and are authorised to identify problems and undertake any maintenance work required, including work involving the handling of refrigerant.

Problems with the components of the unit or the circulation of the refrigerant are promtly rectified before refrigerant leakage occurs. Correct and regular maintenance of your air conditioner by licensed technicians will ensure optimal performance, low power usage and prolong the life of your unit.

REMEMBER: If your old air conditioner needs replacing don’t remove it yourself. A Licensed technician should be called to ensure that the refrigerant left in the unit does not escape in the atmosphere during removal. We are trained to recover the refrigerant and forward it to Refrigerant Reclaim Australia (RRA), the sole agent in Australia qualified to destroy fluorocarbon refrigerants in an environmentally friendly manner.
